keto makes you get more periods and I tried it and i like bread too...

much. sorry but i like food. i love fruit and i can't live without fruit. fruit is better then most things. i found that eating a lot of fruit before periods helps and drinking a lot of pomegranate juice or eat seeds, thins the blood and don't drink guava before your periods or much cheese as it coagulates and thickens blood more.
