I don’t know what you did or didn’t do, but it’s never too late to try to do the right things. I promise you. Success is not define by income alone. Successful people have successful relationships and will make the extra effort to solidify those relationship. Ask your self “what can I do to improve realtions with a loved one.

Healthly living. I am not suggesting living off of bean sprouts and carrot juice, but try eating healthier and be active.
Try this. Drop just one bad diet habit. If you eat candy, replace that with a piece of fruit and watch your portion size.

You don’t have to run a Marathon or spend 3 hours at the gym. But if you’re not active start with a brisk walk daily and extend each day by two blocks, or try a light jog. Do some push ups and sit ups if you don’t have access to weights or excersize equipment.

It truely doesn’t matter what shape you’re in now, you will feel better after a week by lowering stress and maybe even lose a pound or two.

Career. If you’re working a dead end job, take a step back ask “can I impove my situation at this company to make my job better?”. If not, start looking around to see if you’re qualified to do something else. If not, see if there is an opportunity to learn a new skill that’ll help make you more marketable.

Bottom line is, if you’re tired of the same ol’thing make a change, and once you master one positive change make another one.
