help ease it before running to the painkillers, I had a nice body cream scrub with pink grapefruit and then a shower down in bath bubbles and then used this lime body oil that is not too oily and washed my face with vaseline and towelled it off and I have to go back and do more study. I really want a massage. it would be nice to go out and have a good time.
