I didn't want to eat much meat for dinner, I ate the salads and just...

a bit of pork and had a half a mango and eggnog and berries with oat flakes. lunch I just had chicken and left over mediterainian baked vegitables and breakfast I deliberately ate less oats and chai seeds and coconut but I feel like I spoilt the exercise cuz I had a small piece of chocolate. I am trying to give up sugar and I don't believe these people who are even against fruit sugars so you can't eat fruit. you can't eat grains on paleo, you can't eat anything but veg, but I don't know with weight gain or loss what the answer is, the body does what it needs to, to live. I am sick of this fat. I want to throw it at others meanly.
