my cat makes me panic worried he finds cool places and he will not come...

out or answer til he wants to. sometimes he gets so floppy and lazy he won't even get food, he is a ragdoll and I have to go calling and looking and I just can't find him anywhere to the point it upsets me. we never let him outside.
