My dad is an alcoholic. He can't and wont stop drinking, and it's killing him....

He treats us all like crap lately and probably is gonna quit the job he just got. I'm tired of it, he turned down a job that pays twice as much as his current job cuz he's unwilling to stop smoking weed, he needs to provide for his family. We can barely afford to eat most of the time and I don't know how to make things better. It sucks.
