peole wonder why I am grumpy and angry- all my life I have been living by the marshallow test and delaying my gratification to do and get things with study and personal issues like in relationships and to be honest I don't think any of it has helped me having self control over basic urges. but by the same token most of the men I have been around would turn most people off sex or work anyway.
