donut at the cafe for me and my assistant then had to pick up kids and evidence of chocolate was on shirt nearly lot the bet with my teenage son about our diet as we are both overweight and started soccer and swimming. wife apologetic over washing on floor but she took the rubbish out bc I did washing. nearly got caught.
