quickly while I have some privacy. Since my failed attempt in 2015, I have been trying really hard to improve my mental health but to no avail. Therapy, medications, lifestyle changes, avoiding known triggers, etc have done very little to help by any significant amount. Ive tried the national suicide hotline and got hungup on(which was a leading factor to my 2015 attempt and now my strong distrust of that hotline).
