PS5 controller, I broke a window, threw a chair across the room, punched a hole in a wall, I'm cutting myself and I hit my dog, sometimes I wonder if I should just end it all, I feel like it would better or more peaceful then always being angry and breaking stuff and wasting so much money fixing everything I brake. I have no one to talk to about this....
