Our assistant told me today that I was to go onto another unit while it is my regular day and my regular shift. When I got hired for this job I asked if a day position was available and I was told they would see. No one told me there was none or I wouldn’t have even taken this job up. So anyway I start to question him and with good reason too. Our union contract explains that someone of my position should not be sent onto a different unit if there are other staffing options. So anyway he tells me in an email that they have done everything they can WHICH IS TOTALLY UNTRUE. There are other people with my job title around here that could have been sent. So he adds in the email that I’m actually temporary for days because I’m supposed to be on nights and that people are QUESTIONING why I’m even on the unit I was hired for. Like who is complaining MFer! Stuff like that is confidential. Who did you go and tell that about? Go ahead and put me on nights, you can’t even find someone to cover my shift POS!! Trying to blackmail me saying that I’m working on a wrong shift . Asshole you cant even FIND SOMEONE to put on the shift I’m working!

My boss is always asking me for for campaign ideas and arranging meetings so we can discuss them. By the time the meeting comes around, he’s already decided that he’s made a decision and doesn’t let me have any input, constantly talks over me, and is generally an inbred, fucking yokel who has no idea what he is doing. Of course, when it comes round to campaign execution, it’s a failure, or yields meagre results. This has been going on for 8 months, ever since I started this job . I have NO respect for this incompetent, loud-mouthed, chain-smoking, uneducated, four-eyed tosser.
