I study from say 5am and take several small 5 minute breaks and some physcial exercise breaks as well but I feel guilty to just relax. I take the odd day off to go out or morning but usually those days I study more at night then to make up. its a viscious cycle really.

I work in a gym from 4am til 10pm but have long lunch breaks due to claustrophobia but I am losing clients and work time because more and more people want to exercise at my gym during their lunch break and now I am considering hiring extra staff to cover me and block out hours. I am just so exhaused and need more customers yes, and more reliable employees yes, and some time out to deal with my problems.
