most lunches we like tomatoes on toast cooked or raw and have alternative milk and 1 piece of fruit with some cheap nut spread. cheap bread and small amounts of things and looking at me you would swear I eat the house down and I sometimes I eat less then I did on a fucking diet. and I am sick of not losing weight. and its like I am coming out of a cloud of mind fog and all this complacency, that is what kills is complience to too much.
