I overeat and then stick my fingers I overeat and then stick my fingers down my throat and throw up. I know people do this when they are younger but I have been doing it for about 10 years now. I just turned 40 and this seems ridiculous like something girls in college do. But if I eat normally I gain weight which drives me nuts. The medical literature says that doing this messes up your esophagus and potassium levels and eats away at the enamel of your teeth. It might but I feel fine.
