keto makes you get more periods and I tried it and i like bread too much. sorry but i like food. i love fruit and i can't live without fruit. fruit is better then most things. i found that eating a lot of fruit before periods helps and drinking a lot of pomegranate juice or eat seeds, thins the blood and don't drink guava before your periods or much cheese as it coagulates and thickens blood more.

I've never really told anyone this but my dream is to create a website empire that can make a couple thousand dollars a month on autopilot. I can set it and forget it. Then I want to buy a small RV or van and travel the country for a year or two - just like the book On The Road. I want to see every state and Canada and Mexico. After that I want to travel the world for another year and see Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, before coming home, settling down, finding a man and starting a family.
