i hate being fat. I hate fat tolerance. what about healthy tolerance?

one thing I was taught is people only ever speak life or death over you. every time they put a negative on you they are unconsciously speaking death over you. someone please tell my father this. its all he ever does do. he is such a negative person and competitive with his children.
