People Keep Asking "How did you lose all that weight" People keep asking me how I lost so much weight. I tell them that it's just diet and exercise. They keep asking me for advise. What am I supposed to tell them? "I didn't eat for months. And when I did, I threw it up."? I don't want anyone to end up as a failure.. like me.

I seen a guy today that reminded me of frank but he was taller then frank. little frankie, was strange. I couldn't believe I had met a guy like him that he would wait and his love letter was all lies and let downs.
