i have done my own dry needling into ganglion cysts deep in pushing needles I heat up with fire and then use a rubbing tonic on them for antibacterial and it helped a lot on hips, thigh and on my face as well. I just get in and do it myself cuz I can feel where to put the needles in and the pain levels some have been fairly deep but helps the pain.
