i feel awful hard trying to eat more as my dietitian wanted. I had soup tonight with a meatball inside it with kale and bean and tomato and I felt awful eating some toast. I try a lot to have liquid lunches of soup or a glass of milk with something like fish and fiery strong horseradish salad and breakfast is mostly light but today I felt bad for a slice of toast crust thins and some oats and fruit. i wish i could eat the things I want to eat more. i wish food could be easier to prepare and serve. and I like keeping so busy that mind is on more then food. but it rarely is.

I just feel so frustrated with my diet. no matter what exercise or less eating it doesn't seem to help losing weight. even the dietician saying eat more to turn over metobolism faster doesn't feel like its helping. I don't enjoy food a lot of the time. if anything i am feel sick a lot. then she said go off all suppliments for a while to detox and work on inflamation first but I am missing my suppliment vitamins to be honest. I eat too much cheese and bread i think. I should eat more fish and veg and I do eat alot of veg and fruit but i should eat more of them. like today I didn't have soup for lunch seeing i was having it for dinner so I had something lite on 1 slice toast and some milk drink. all the really hard physical workouts and not one bit of weight loss last year and i got in the crabs with it because they don't use the air con enough and it was too hot to the point I was getting heat rashes all the time and clothing was soaked in sweat all day and then I had thrust so once I got the shoulder injury I gave up. I don't eat enough to be fat and that is just the blunt truth.

i have given up believing i can lose weight. just like i gave up believing I could find love a long time ago. some people just never find love especially when you know you shouldn't settle for less and don't want to anymore. I just don't believe all humans are ment to have love or know what it is. some humans are not ment to know what pretty and slim is. I can't do it all alone without gloria marshal type support and all the shop junk diet shakes are so loaded with shit and sugar they will make you ill. i just think once you hit a certain age you know it in yourself when you can't give or do anymore. i knew that about me over 10 years ago. i gave up looking for love in 2004 or 2005 I felt ugly all the time no matter what I did. and it just got worse it would help if i could wear the pretty feminine clothing I want to express myself the way I want to. but there is a energy force that doesn't want me pretty or loved or feeling good in myself. it doesn't even want me alive but i am inspite through god. a woman knows in herself when her attractability time and childbaring time is over. she knows this internally and everyone wronged me. they are more to blame then I am. people need to learn that i am my own best expert about myself and when people don't jump and move when I tell them they should not bother at all. it when i want it or not at all. everyone wronged me. and I am going to harm them and I want them to suffer in ways they can't imagine for all this suffering. my parents have a hate people.
