my father will tell you how at home I can let the f's and c's fly like a old trouper when I am grumpy that is true, because I read once that its better to swear and let out your anger then hold it in have cancer later. I have had cancer as well, but I have to say, I don't like swearing I am not a advocate of it, it just slips out when I am really reallly really angry, I try to curb it most times out and in company of others, but sometimes I get so mad I want to scream at everyone and everything and after you have heard this it feels better! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yF-Rl5acQdA we had to do this in drama class.

today is rememberance day 11/11 and its my dads birthday, as much as he is a complete disaster and flustered easily, I gave him his birthday gifts a few weeks ago some shorts and few pairs of shoes and tops and socks but I never know what he likes. he makes up excuses not to come out to buy clothing he hates trying on things and he needs a new suit. I buy both 2nd hand and discounted new things and I mean there are some cheap things out there, if we stop gaining weight then I won't need to buy stuff. I bought us a bottle of this hibiscus wine that is low cal and low alcohol and a white wine with hazelnut flavor as well. I don't know when we will open it.
