This sounds like really vague advice, but if its meant to be, it will happen, without a doubt. I was in the EXACT same situation about a month ago, and when i told him how I felt, he confessed he's liked me for a while and thought I didn't share those feelings, so he was going to let me be. After we got everything off our chests, it was much easier to be myself around him.
