I love a really good poo but I only go every two days so it's a big load. I've just discovered butt plugs and they're great because you can hold it in for an hour or so and just let it out slowly so it feels like a big poo. Once it's out there's no waiting untill I need to go again. I just re insert it and wait untill I feel I'm desperate to go and do it all again.
