I often worry about our house burning down, ever since a child of 4 at my grandmothers place burning down and seeing that happen there that day and the morning aftershock pieces still smoldering I have understood depression and anxiety, I am always living in fear of it. it makes it worst when my mother says she wants to burn it down when she is angry, I take it as a serious threat of worry. she causes me panic and overwhelm.
