i have been so constipated last few weeks sometimes I feel like i have a bowel blockage or a tumor in the bladder one gp kept going on about. i just feel bad ever since i swallowed these fucking Asian sour peach seed they suck on. i swear its giving me bowel issues I usd to get it with bread so I cut out a lot of dough based things i can't eat scones or white breads or pitza bases I can't eat those husks too much. I can't eat certain foods. i am rarely allowd to eat what i want, i used to have more say in cooking dinner and now i am not allowed to as much and i am sick of the shit we eat.

i told my family, "why do you think i hide away all day in bed studying? to avoid most people?" I know people hate me. people have always hated me. I was always too shy, too quiet, too talkative. too nice and loyal. too untrusting. I can't do a thing right and I don't give a fuck anymore.
