my advice is to white women is don't fck the black bastards no matter what. they will take you down. dad says it too, so does mum. I have a heart valve regurgitation and murmur and that means I can't afford to be upset and abused, its true people with broken hearts can have mini or server heart attacks or strokes. which is why I don't want to be around the people who caused me those things. my doctors want me to lose weight and I feel like I can't. I have confidence that I can lose it, there are a lot of factors why. I have a muscle skeltal disorder I need to sort out first but I can't afford to do over strenuous exercise I really need a mild workout like years ago. over time losing weight. but its not like I am likely to attract a man. and just so joyce knows, I have not talked about his suicide for over 20 years. I have never talked about wanting to suicide it was not on my mind.
