I feel guilty about all the sugar fatty foods I ate today, I had oats and apple and then a tuna scalloions and radish and cheese sandwich and celery and cottage cheese as a snack after lunch, then dinner I ate a kale and sweet potato mix with egg and cut up sausage bean pot with white wine vinegar and I ate 3 cookies now I feel guilty.
