I have ad a migraine all day and dizzy and nausea feeling all day. I have been out doing things and talked to a doctor briefly and I have to go to a hospital for a neurological issue and I have been so worried about my brain. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lRE8VCtdoSQ I talked for a while to sam and he things he can help. but I have this issue also with feeling like I can't empty my bladder a bit lately on and off . it just feels rotten. my neck is aching and I am resting my neck but want to vomit. all I can do is lay down when this comes over me. and be in a dark room and close my eyes for a while. this is more then anxiety.
