I suffer from pms and I sometimes cry and get depressed and a lot of people and men just don't want to understand what I am going through. I try so hard to put on a pretence of fake jolliness but I often sit crying alone in my room just wish someone would hug me. I never live up to what people want and they just walk over me too much. I feel so down and depressed and only a doctor or a woman going through this can understand. I wish there were support groups locally.
