had a shitty day yesterday fighting with a college again and gone on a fasting on foods and woke up with the shakes and cobweb feelings over my hands and fuzzy heart feeling til I drank heaps of water and watermelon and plum juice with the anti cancer tonic because I didn't eat much meat or food at all same with today til about 4.30pm minus a heap of iron and vitiamins.
