if I have a headache like now, I just went and had a shower to help ease it before running to the painkillers, I had a nice body cream scrub with pink grapefruit and then a shower down in bath bubbles and then used this lime body oil that is not too oily and washed my face with vaseline and towelled it off and I have to go back and do more study. I really want a massage. it would be nice to go out and have a good time.

i couldn't imagine having a home birth for fear of illness. god, I would want to be a private hopsital with every specialist out incase of after shock events my body might go through- that should be every woman's right to have the best available ... I pay out enough in private health fund with top cover with top extras and for pregnancy just incase.
