I've been recently promoted, but I haven't had a discussion about my new compensation package. My family is having a financial crisis and my partner hasn't had a raise in years and it has been stressing her out that she can't help me as much in our expenses, nor help her own family. I want to help everyone and save everyone from their problems. I also want to spend money on my partner -- buy her things and take her to places because she deserves it and no one has ever treated her like that. I want to do the same for my parents because they're getting old and I haven't really done any grand gesture for them. I don't know what to do. I want to solve everything and make everyone happy.
