i am really angry at simon and going to ring later because he just rang and booked the date of the clinician and it does not suit my bank. he caused me pain, if they are so good at their job why are they so gruff and don't care when they physically assault you just to get a reading. I don't think I am going back there. all they do is send us to expensive places all the time we can't afford.
