I would be reluctant to record someone talking on a phone or video them without their permission in a workplace or in private because you just don't know where it could lead, when it could be seen as an invasion of privacy and also voyuer level and I wouldn't record someone attack someone. I would just stand up and be a witness in a court but that is about it. I would not record people because I know some people have set people up to be recorded and deliberately got them angry before hand or they play tricks after years of abusing someone then try to make out they are wronged because my siser has done that to me, she has done everything evil in the book and I am sick of forgiving her and same with my brother and other relatives. sooner or later the bullied person will retaliate, its just a fact. it can take years before sometimes they wake up to how they are actually being abused.
