I just had a diet shake for lunch and alfalfa and cheese and plums and then I ate dinner early and just had 1 small piece of fish and ate most of the cauliflower and kale and fennel. later tonight I will have a mild super of a cellery and cellery seed and watercress and dandelion root and ginger and lime juice drink and I eat the pulp I don't believe in wasting it because of its the best part with my vitamins before bed.
