today I had just fruit for lunch and got home and had some grain bread and marmalaide jam, but I get strange cravings for sliced cheese and watercress or alfalfa and radish or Perkins together. while eating lunch the papaya was so soft a piece fell off my fork and splatted on the table near my tea which was embarrassing. sometimes all I have is a diet shake and baked beans for lunch. I had steamed vegetables in white wine vinegar and steak and onions in a pepper sauce. but as soon as I got home today my sore throat started up. I am going to gargle with some pink hymalyian salt, and have some black strap molasses for minerals, papaya and molasses and boiled onions etc is good for period pain. I am trying to stick to this raw diet with some things but I won't eat raw beef steak yet. I was a bit unbalanced before lunch and light headed my blood sugar was low because I ate breakfast early just 1thrid a cup of oats and red apple and cinnamon.
