i am really naughty because tonight I had some cauliflower and leek soup made with coconut cream and chicken stock and I ate some chocolate and creme panne thing my mum made. I feel so hungry, we all eat popcorn of all kinds as a snack, and I love Pomegranate seeds and greek yogurt with raw honey and I made my mum take these new pomegranate based suppliments with the tart cherry ones to reduce leaky gut, and I take flax seed, fish oil, olive leaf, and other things papaya and yogurt with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds (they are a bit chunchy but I love them and a lot of them!) I feel guilty when I eat chocolate, its a habit that is so hard to break lately. I would be lost without fruit for a sweet fix. I really want to try more tropical exotic fruits.
