for breakfast all I eat is just 1/4 of a cup of traditional rolled oats and red apple grated and some berries. and heaps and heaps of water. and tea and only 1 weak coffee, lunch i like salad or say some herrings in mango pepper dressing with watercress on toast or just some baked beans on toast with some cheese or a thai curry soup and mandarins, some times I have some sweets or salmon and beetroot and dinner is usually more basic really I love asian str frys or just basic steamed veg or a mediterainan baked veg with herbs and thin (very very thin meat).
