Is it ok to play with my nipple?

<em>i become addicted to a very nasty habit, i love playing with my nipples day and night, this could be ok if i was alone at home, but the problem is that forget myself sometimes in public, and do it which embarresses me a lot in fromt of my friends and co-workers</em> <em>don't know what to do, do i need a pshycaiatrist, does thid thing related or have roots to my childhood? really don't knowthis habbit has nothing to do with sexual activities or fantacies, it's like others whom got a problem with biting thier nails, so sexual desire has no place in this sceinario</em>
