I overeat and then stick my fingers I overeat and then stick my fingers down my throat and throw up. I know people do this when they are younger but I have been doing it for about 10 years now. I just turned 40 and this seems ridiculous like something girls in college do. But if I eat normally I gain weight which drives me nuts. The medical literature says that doing this messes up your esophagus and potassium levels and eats away at the enamel of your teeth. It might but I feel fine. I teach aerobics andam healthy and my teeth and everything are all fine.

CPAP not Pap Smear I was talking to a Technician and an RN at work and as we passed a patient's room,I saw a machine I had never seen before. So without much thought,I asked them "what is that a pap smear machine"?The RN replied "its a CPAP machine" I realized my mistake as she was saying that.They did not laugh or anything but I just started laughing because I was so embarrassed.The RN asked me why I was laughing and I asked her if she had heard what I asked.She said "I think I heard you ask if that was a pap smear machine".Thereafter they made fun of me and told everybody.
