when I was on the cruise I got some motion sickness so every night with migraine and nausea bad, I did my own meditation/visualization with my eyes closed I laid down in a yogi shape of with hands over the head and hands joining and knees bent and flats of feet touching together and did some breathing exercises and imagined being a floating candle in a pond, and a lotus pud and unfolding feeling rooted into the ground and just gently floating and then the lotus flower opening up unfolding into a giant lotus or tulip pud growing tall and pedals blooming out and I would say to myself "you feel balanced and relaxed and tomorrow when you wake up you will not feel these sick feelings again". but a few times I did so I just kept doing the exercise every night with a body scan and relaxing the body to sleep.
