This is about a very offensive bully. this person thinks you're not supposed to notice his shit pulled on you. As a matter of fact he lies and makes you the bully he perceives is after him. I need the politically correct dicription... not some lame colorful foul answer. I can do that all I want but it doesn't describe the problem.
