I have accepted I feel guilty no matter what I eat. every mouthful I feel guilty about for years now. I feel guilty for eating, my selfish needs, I feel guilty needing to use a toilet, I feel guilty about wanting love. sorry, I am not supposed to think I am good enough for a job or house or man, but I do feel good enough for decades, sorry if you didn't notice or tried to turn things around to suit your own dirty ass!
