I am sick of people jerkin me around. I try so hard often to avoid pain killers because I don't want to be reliant on them. pain managment and seeing a massager hopefully will help. I was walking a lot the other day and my back and ankle tendons and the ganglon cysts were all aching and I have 2 herniated back discs in lower back and 1 in the neck, I am getting sick of the worry, I try to do stretch and flex exercises the phsyio and podiatrist recommended but I don't accept this is normal for my age.
