i always get offended when this mentally disable guy with speaking impetiment comes near me because I had to call the security guard at the shopping mall because he said to me one day "hello pussy!" at me, so I told the shop assistant what he said and how he was annoying me, I really thing some smart ass probably told him that it is cool to say that to pick up girls and he is so mentally disturbed with the mind of a child of 5 he would literally believe them and just say it. but all the same every time I see him he upsets me.
