I hate mental institutions. People are placed in mental institutions just for having a mental breakdown. And they have the nerve to place people on nasty medication. Mental institutions don't help people feel better; they only make people feel worse. They call it "help". How is that help? I don't understand mental institutions and never will. A mental institution is such a boring and terrible place. Patients eat, sleep, shit, read, have no Internet, have those stupid group sessions, do art and crafts (pathetic), take medication, watch a little bit of TV, and talk to a psychiatrist. They can't take a shower on their time. They take a shower when told to take a shower. It's an endless cycle. Patients in a mental institution do the same thing, every day. Then, after they get out, they have a record/history of being in a mental institution and deemed "mentally challenged". I hate that term. Done ranting.
