sure I eat more protein now at breakfast I love chai seeds a lot and what I get annoyed with is how weavals are in a lot of food now in shops and they now tell people to put everything like flour and oats in the freezer for a few days to kill them before using it. you shouldn't have to, weavals were never a issue like this is shop food years ago. like I feel like writing to the companies and complaining. it is not good enough.
