I have 1/3 cup of oats for breakfast, avocado on toast and a cup a soup for lunch and a few garlic crackers w a cup of coffee, then dinner I had a small bit of skinless chicken breast in a moroccan spice and heaps of vegies- a meditteraining dish with cherry tomatos, onion, eggplant and zucchini with olive oil and orageno, then a dish of green peppers and parsnip and carrot, and sweet potato in garlic and sweets I had a strawberry marshmellow mouse with a few fresh strawberries! and apple juice. right and you would swear I eat like a pig and I can't seem to lose weight. I exercissed madly nearly every day and night last year til someone deliberately killed the blue crane it was a pretty wild bird and someone deliberately ran over it on my birthday and I was on the balcony exercising and I heard that poor bird suffer a painful death, the crying screatch of it upset me so much I have not gone out and exercised since as I seen it as a bad omen on my birthday. I am so angry at the person who killed that bird I could kill them. why did they have to kill that pretty bird?

I don't know what else they just say to me tell her to just get over it, ahh, just get over it then!" in a rather nasty tone. so I just go around telling everyone that when they get upset I copy my sister rose or anita "don't tell me any of your problems I don't want to know about anybody else but me and my man" or copy joyce or katy or doret "just get over it" I copy any abuse people do to me now.
