if I have a headache like now, I just went and had a shower to help ease it before running to the painkillers, I had a nice body cream scrub with pink grapefruit and then a shower down in bath bubbles and then used this lime body oil that is not too oily and washed my face with vaseline and towelled it off and I have to go back and do more study.
