so all of last year I was doing about 1 a day exercise with a rower machine, abdo flexor, core and resistance, weights and step and rebounder and was not losing weight at all even with all that exercise and reduction of food. now I have gained more and I feel like I am fighting a uphill battle I can't beat. I diet, I exercise and no results at all. I am wondering about other exercise and dieting options or just not eating at all.
