its a proven fact people only lose weight when they are riddled with guilt and have nervous tics and twitches and have terrets syndrome if your not riddled with guilt for every spoon full of food you put in your mouth or for all your sins and all your ancestors sins and all you have compared to people in squaller and poverty you just won't lose weight. keep them guilty and they will lose weight. shame and guilt make people thin. so make them feel guilty and deny them sex its the only way they will lose weight.
